01 Overview
This policy explains when refunds are available for Wyckerwork's digital products and services. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. By purchasing, you acknowledge that our products are downloadable digital goods.
02 Pre-built agents (digital code)
Because agent code is delivered electronically and can be copied, purchases are non-refundable once the source has been accessed or downloaded. However, we offer a fair guarantee:
- Broken or not as described. If the agent does not function as described on its store page and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Failed delivery. If you never received working access to the files, we'll re-deliver or refund in full.
- Duplicate purchase. Accidental duplicate orders are refunded on request.
03 Custom projects
Custom development is billed against an agreed proposal and milestones. Deposits reserve our time and are non-refundable once work begins. If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, you may request a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion. Cancellations are settled for work completed to date.
04 What's not refundable
- Change of mind after a working agent has been delivered and accessed.
- Issues caused by your own modifications, environment or third-party services.
- Costs you incur with model providers, hosting or other vendors.
- Completed and accepted custom milestones.
05 How to request a refund
Email billing@wyckerwork.ai with your order number and a short description of the issue. We may ask for details to help us reproduce a problem. We aim to resolve every request fairly and quickly.
06 Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
