01 Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wyckerwork website, services and digital products ("Services"). By accessing the site, engaging us for a project or purchasing an agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02 Services & products

Wyckerwork provides custom AI agent development, workflow automation and pre-built agent code ("Products"). Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for custom work are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work, which forms part of these Terms.

• Pre-built agents are delivered as source code with documentation and deployment scripts.
• Custom engagements are scoped individually and billed per the agreed proposal.
• AI outputs are probabilistic; you are responsible for reviewing agent behavior before relying on it in production.

03 Licenses & ownership

Unless stated otherwise in writing:

• Pre-built agents are sold under a single-application license — you may deploy and modify the code for one product or business unit. Resale or redistribution of the source code is not permitted.
• Custom builds transfer full IP ownership of the delivered code to you on final payment, excluding our pre-existing tools and libraries, which we license to you perpetually.
• We retain the right to reuse general know-how and non-confidential techniques.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services or Products to build or operate anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for the data you feed into agents and for compliance with laws applicable to your use.

05 Payment

Pre-built agents are payable in full at purchase. Custom engagements are invoiced per the agreed milestones. Late invoices may pause active work. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

06 Warranties & disclaimers

We deliver our Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI agents will be error-free or fit for every purpose, and you remain responsible for testing and oversight.

07 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyckerwork's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

08 Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wyckerwork is established.
